HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM IDEA TO FINISHED PRODUCT
The duration depends on several factors, including the type of product and packaging you chose. It can range from 30 days for pre-formulated products up to 6 months if additional tests need to be performed. Our team will give you a time frame at the start of the process and will update you throughout. So you can go ahead and plan your product launch !

CONCEPT
We help you translate your idea into a real concept. We can advise you regarding the right ingredients, packaging and design; offering you support along the way to an actual product.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Each finished product meets the legal EU standards and complies with the following requirements: stability, compatibility, challenge tests, product information file, notification in the European portal of cosmetic products (CPNP portal) and more. Our experts will guide you in this process or take care of all these matters for you.
DESIGN
Our design team brings the products to life with knowledge, creativity and professionalism. NAQI® can design the full product or help you review your own design to make sure it complies. With expert knowledge of legal requirements for both cosmetics and medical device products, you can be sure when you trust your label in their hands the product and it's packaging meets alle the necessary guidelines & regulations.
PRODUCTION &
FILLING
At our production plant in Halen, Belgium, we guarantee the highest quality of manufacturing while remaining flexible. Smaller or lager quantities, our factory can easily downscale or upscale as required.
PACKAGING
Select from our extensive packaging range. From small 30ml bottles to large 5L tubs and anything in between or opt for your own packaging solution. You can then either supply the packaging yourself or we will source it for you.
LOGISTICS - WAREHOUSING
Once your product is completely finished, your bottles are filled, packed, barcodes and neatly stocked on pallets; we can ship to all corners of the world. If not everything has to be shipped straight away, we can keep your products in our warehouse upon call off. We can also stock your specific ingredients if applicable and packaging if needed.
NOTIFICATION REGULATORY SUPPORT
The legislation is a vital step in the entire process from idea to actually having the product on the market. We will guide you through all the regulations and we can also act as responsible person and take on all the registrations and notifications on our behalf.
